These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the No Spend Tracker mobile app ("App"), made available by Talk or Not, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Using the App
No Spend Tracker helps you track no-spend streaks, log purchases you skipped or made, and monitor your savings goals. The App is for personal, informational use and isn't a substitute for professional financial advice.
Subscriptions
No Spend Tracker offers an optional annual Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited tracking and additional features. Details of the current plan are shown in the App before you subscribe. A few key points:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings app under your Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided by us directly for unused portions of a subscription period; refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
Your Content
Any entries you create in the App (streaks, logged purchases, savings goals, notes) belong to you. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information in the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
